Aveita is an online store providing products for a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, specialising in fabric masks.
Their first website was self created on Wix, but with a quickly expanding business, they needed to migrate to a stronger e-commerce platform while upgrading their website design.
I helped them create a new website on Shopify that supports all their logistical needs by connecting the backend directly with their warehouse. And eliminated the struggles faced by customers by creating seamless online shopping experience.

With a sudden boom in face masks, it can be hard to pick which one to use. That's why social proof is so important to build credibility with a new product. The star ratings provide a glimpse of how people feel about it. The detailed customer reviews are listed on the side, visible when scrolling through the description.
One of the biggest problems Aveita faced was customers ordering incorrect sizes. As masks were a new product on the market, people didn't know the size of their face or how to measure it. I created a size chart graphic to illustrate the measurements for each size.
For customers who don't want to measure their face, photos of models are linked to their respective size so customers can get a better idea of what facial shape they correspond to the most. Common size groups such as youth and adults were added to size titles to provide further guidance.
For those looking to be sustainable, reusable masks are preferable to single-use masks. To persuade users to make the switch, I created a graphic to illustrate the benefits of Aveita's masks.
Frequently Asked Questions
Another problem Aveita faced was receiving repeated questions over Instagram. To eliminate this problem, I created a Frequently Asked Questions page. If customers cannot find the answers to their questions, a live chat is available on the website for further assistance.
