Scope of work

Shopify
Klaviyo

Platform

Launching during the COVID-19 pandemic, Aveita released comfortable, breathable, reusable face masks for the whole family. The Hong Kong-based, women-owned business believes in putting comfort first without sacrificing style or environmental impact.

Their original website was self-created on Wix. But with a quickly growing business, they needed a stronger eCommerce platform to support future expansion while upgrading their website design. I helped migrate them to Shopify and created a new website that overcome their operational challenges and fulfilled their design needs.

Objective

Apart from Wix's design limitations, Aveita also faced setbacks in fulfilling orders smoothly. Utilizing a third-party app on Shopify, I connected their backend directly with their warehouse to streamline their shipping process.

Streamlining operations.

As masks were a new product on the market, people didn't know the size of their face or how to measure it. I added size charts and photos of models to product pages to guide customers.

Illustrating sizing.
